Western Power Distribution (WPD) is the electricity distribution network operator for the Midlands, South West and Wales and deliver electricity to over 7.8 million customers.
Each year WPD undertakes a customer awareness campaign, Power for Life, in the wake of the latest price review (DPCR5) for the UK’s electricity distribution industry.
The month-long campaign is designed to inform and to engage with all its customers, and we were responsible for designing, planning, producing and implementing the following elements of that campaign, each year since its inception in 20120:
A four-page information newsletter delivered to every home and business across WPD's region (7.8 million)
Newspaper advertising in every regional daily, evening and weekly newspaper
